“Equality is a team sport, and men absolutely need to be part of building a more equal future for everyone. Men can use their voices in spaces where women are not present. They can open doors and use the platform they have to share women's stories, facts, figures, and perspectives. And also: believe women when they raise issues and ask how they can support in specific situations.

The FIFA 2019 Women's World Cup was an amazing tournament. I remember being at the final, and at the end of the match during the celebrations, the whole crowd was chanting "Equal Pay” - it was an incredible moment that transcended sport.“
