Meet, Li Neo Tay, Co-Owner and COO of sports event management company IGNITX. She has 15 years experience as a Sport Event Professional, specialising in Sport Entries and Qualification, Registration and Accreditation Operations, and Data and Games Management Systems.

EFFECTIVE ALLYSHIP

“I'm the Secretary General of the Malaysian Olympism in Action Society (MOiAS). One of our initiatives is a leadership program called iLEAP (Inclusive Leadership Program), where both abled and disabled youth athletes are exposed to four core modules: Social Competency, Sport Values, Healthy Living, and Life Skills.

Since its inception in 2021, the program has trained over 150 youth athletes to build up their confidence and to be more conscientious through understanding the universal values of the Olympics, Paralympics, and Special Olympics.”
