BELIEVE IN YOUNG WOMEN

“I want to show everyone the importance of giving young women a place in the sports industry. I have met countless women with extraordinary dreams and the drive to achieve greatness, yet many are denied the opportunity to shine. I've been there. Believe in young women—we have the ambition, we have the talent, and all we need is the chance to prove it!

We need to brave and believe in ourselves. Seek out a mentor who inspires you and helps you stay focused, even during tough times. Trust in your journey, stay persistent, and know that your voice matters in the sports industry.”

DIVERSITY IN DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

“Create diverse working groups that include people from all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations, etc. It may seem challenging, but the solution is straightforward: prioritise hiring a diverse group of individuals. Diversity should be a strategic priority, as more perspectives lead to stronger, more effective organisations.”
